Tears.
This is the first time in three years that running this blog has brought me to actual tears.
Negative reviews, name calling, mocking my physique, “reviewing” my photography skills or lack of – this is just a tip of the iceberg of what I’ve endured since I listed SJK Photography on this website. None of this has brought me even a misty eye but tonight for the first time, I’m in tears.
I realize it’s likely because I’m exhausted… and a girl.
However, I’ve had enough.
Maybe I should keep this to myself because I’m sure they are going to tap dance themselves to bed reading this but frankly I just do not care anymore. It seems that their only thrill in life is making my life hell so here you go Billcie. You made me cry. Hope that makes your week.
Tonight I received my second ban from Facebook this week because of posts that are against Facebook’s Community Standards on Photo Stealers. I decided to unpublish the Photo Stealers Facebook Page because I don’t feel like going back through the entire history and deleting every.single.post to avoid bans from Facebook in the future. The posts that are getting removed have such vulgarity as “Sigh” and a link to a negative review on The Knot, “New Listing” and a link to a blog post and other innocuous posts listed below. The first few I assumed were due to the commenters saying something against code but this latest ban came after I made a clean sweep of the comments and took strides to keep things clean on the Facebook Page (and this post had nothing to do with SJK Photography). Didn’t matter… ban hammer fell again.
Part of the reason I’m leaving Facebook is also because they literally have no support for accounts. There’s no one I can email or call to try and sort things out. No one I can ask what exactly was ban worthy. I even reached out to Facebook Business hoping for some help there but no luck at all – they won’t talk to you about your personal account even though it affects your business account.
Thank you to those of you that have supported me through this. Be it via hugs, calls, virtual shoulders, support, donations or ad clicks. You have no idea how much you all mean to me. *hugs*
This is just a highlight of what I’ve been going through on a personal level since I posted the blog about SJK Photography, for an in depth look, view the original post.

I received two contacts via my website contact form from an anonymous proxy. I cannot prove it is them due to the use of that but the context is telling.
Facebook:
Yes, I know I shouldn’t have been on the tracks but the clients requested it because these have sentimental value to them. I had a train schedule from the adjacent depot and could see the horizon on both sides. They were on the tracks for at most 3 minutes. Sometimes you have to do what you have to do to make your clients happy.

I plan to continue forward with the blog however, so Photo Stealers isn’t gone completely. Just from Facebook… because their policies are totally wack.
