    5.6 Million followers!?!? Holy wow.

    • Marcus

There are like farms out there that sell likes. They make your real likes worthless, because content updates are only displayed to a fraction of your likes, but people still buy them. I was blown away too, though.

  • Anyone else notice that one of the “reviews” is written by the site owner?
Also they claim 5.6 million followers but the page only has 300+ likes?

    • The Bad Wolf

      WHOOPSIE!!

  • Andy

The millions of likes are probably bought from a Like Farm that sells them. How? Corporations sell likes by creating fake Facebook accounts. I can’t figure out why people buy them. I mean, can you pay any bills with Facebook likes?

    • The millions of likes are faked … it’s an image.
Millions of likes gives your content greater presence in peoples timelines.

      • Rick New

Probably like the previous photo stealer, in truth, there are probably between 30-40 real likes.

        • Rick New

          Never mind, 311 likes.

  • Ok so she registered her domain name in October 2013 under a corporation name she apparently owned called “ITAL WORLD DESIGN, INC” but that company was apparently voluntarily dissolved at some point.

Rosa Labarile”At 18 years old her desire to explore and levigate her capacities takes her to cross the ocean”

    Salvatore Domina
“a strong passion thought images that capture the special emotions specializing in weeding”

true professionals. There will be screaming and threats, I can feel it already…

  • Michael Goolsby

It is very discouraging to see LR Photogallery in Miami FL using so many great photographs which actually belong to other photographers. I cannot imagine the shock and horror of being one of her upcoming brides and learning that I had been totally duped. Wedding photography is very challenging, and ANY photographer worthy of consideration is going to have an extensive portfolio of images and albums created specifically themselves.

Let’s hope that Rosa Labarile And Salvatore Domina do the right thing and IMMEDIATELY rectify this situation before it escalates further and ruins whatever chance of being in business in the future they hope to have.

    • Is Salvator linked to this photo business cause he’s another 5 star review in the reviews.

      • MPR1776
        • MPR1776

And images on above mentioned site are stolen too

      • Michael Goolsby

The main website pictures them both represents them as working the business together.

    • LR PHOTOGALLERY

I appreciate your polite words, but I have to clarify that we had no need to copy or use anybody’s images, we truly understand and respect ©
Unfortunately, people with not enough knowledge was hired to refresh the online accounts and caused this inconvenient. Please STOP posting in my account, the few images were removed and NOTICE THAT EVERYTHING ELSE IS LEGITIMATE.
      Thank you.

  • The Bad Wolf

A copyright notice has just appeared from them under that boat pic in the comments section. How hypocritical.

    • Justin Case

nothing new here… move along 🙂

    • Not again!

      Oops…

  • Joseph Philbert

Man I missed the fun …the she shut down her site.

    • Rick New

That’s weird, normally the FB goes down first.

      • Joseph Philbert

Yea I know … very strange.

        • Rick New

… and, they aren’t deleting comments. Maybe they are excepting their medicine. A nice change.

          • Joseph Philbert

We’ll they will be busy for a minute

          • Rick New

FB down. Its refreshing we didn’t hear the excuses. Its kind of an a confession when they close everything and not come here with the usual excuses and threats of calling their lawyers.

          • Joseph Philbert

Yep gone …you know I almost welcome the YAGE’s some of them post here when outed..

  • Justin Case

to answer your question above, Corey Ann:

    “Florida. It’s the new Georgia.”

    • Joseph Philbert

Thats such a low blow (sarcasm)

    • Joel A

I refuse to believe this! (I live in South Florida) I try to keep believing that these people all moved down here from Georgia!

  • The fake 5.6 million likes tab is gone.. She’s obviously working on cleaning the sites, as her main page is down..nthough she didn’t touch her Facebook page comments.. Tres bizarre…

  • captain-confuzzled

ahahahahaha “we at Moments in Time Photography”…. https://www.facebook.com/LRphotographymiami

    • Not again!

        • BullShite

Now you know and we know that is NOT TRUE. You see, every thief of images has only about eight different excuses as to why they stole photos, and that is one. Oh it’s a “hacker/intern/employee/web designer”, etc, etc. It’s a LIE. It’s a pretty poor lie. You guys didn’t have the shots you wanted, so YOU STOLE.

No one here buys this. TRY AGAIN.
This doesn’t go away. It’s on the internet forever, and on the internet when people google your business. Forever. ….but honest apologies can sometimes make it a little bit better.

        • guest

          very typical excuse. try again.

        • Piemonade

Do you even know how unoriginal your excuses are?

          • Joseph Philbert

Yep it’s has not been used in a while but it has a lot of traction

        • Joseph Philbert

You know you started off right then you turn around and blamed it on the butler ..

        • Well, if that is true then you need to sue the hell consultant you hired to update your site …

Of course, your liability in this case doesn;t change. You are ultimately responsible for what your contractor/intern/whatever did in your name … that’s how business works.

You didn;t do you due diligence … you have stuff on here that’s been up for months … do you not check and approve changes yto your corporate identity?

        • Joseph Philbert

          Remember it now ????
I am guessing you have not learned your lesson @lr photography … smh
          plagiarism at its best.
          http://www.weddingsofsarasota.com/51-moments-in-time-photography

        • Rick New

You’re kidding, right? no one believes that. Admit your theft and learn from it.

          • Joseph Philbert

Why does she think we will stop if she continues to lie.???

        • doncalifornia

So, Rosa Labarile and Salvatore Domina, I am curious, did you notice that your web person Eugenio Canelli came on to Photo Stealers to explain to us what happened? He doesn’t sound like “people with not enough knowledge.” You two provided all the photos and text. We know this because some of the photos that showed up on your site also showed up on your facebook, and Eugenio doesn’t do any of your social media. So we believe him when he says you are the source of the photos. On the one hand its not really a surprise that you two are stupid enough to believe you wouldn’t get caught posting dozens of photographs all over the internet which didn’t belong to you and pretending they are yours. But honestly I’m a little surprised you were so stupid you thought you could blame the web guy and he would never find out about it.

  • Just a Girl

Woohoo! Another one bites the dust! That didn’t last long!

  • LRPHOTOGALLERY

You all are right, unfortunately when you have very little time and delegate or give chance to somebody else you have to take full responsibility and take the risk.

We did apology to the OWNERS of the FEW images used and they kindly understood.

I personally work in the photography industry since it was only BW, started in a photo-lab and merged with what came in the near future…digital era…and I’ve got in to similar experience where MY images were used with out authorization. Very upsetting to find out like this that it was happening on my behalf.

If the real intention of this site is to protect photography copyrights, well I thank you all and appreciate the notice that made me realize the inconvenient.

Now, if your passion is to continue to insult, waste your time, because as a professional I will definitely put a LIKE to the 2 kind people I had the pleasure to met from this experience.

    LRPHOTOGALLERY

    • Melinda Potter

      Well… Since it was only a few…
You do realize you stole from more than just two photographers. It’s nice that the 2 that you were in contact with were kind to you and “understood”. Glad this “experience” of yours was so positive and pleasurable.

I myself do not understand though. I’m pretty sure there are others who also don’t understand, so you’ll have to excuse us for wasting our time continuing to discuss the whole “inconvenience” of your plagery, infringment, and fraudulent behavior. You may find it insulting how honestly we all speak, but I find it insulting that you think we are unintelligent enough to believe your excuses.

      • BullShite

I don’t buy it for a MINUTE. No offense but I don’t know to many photographers, let alone small business owners who can afford to hire someone to do things as simple as updating their business facebook…. let alone the idea that this supposed person would use the photographs of other people, stolen from the internet when they work for a supposedly PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER that has been supposedly working for decades.

They also copied and pasted text from another photographers website, “Moments in Time Photography” leaving the NAME OF THE OTHER PHOTOGRAPHERS COMPANY in the text.
It’s not just photos that were stolen.

These people are thieves that can’t even take the blame like adults. Saying oh I take the blame, though it was someone else’s fault is NOT an apology.

    • ginalove

you’ve been in the industry since before 1935? wow.

      • Justin Case

yeah, I thought that was pretty funny as well. They haven’t learned much about quality in all those years, I guess.

      • Joseph Philbert

For some one shooting sine the black and white days the skill level I seen in her real work is poor

    • BullShite

I don’t buy it for a MINUTE. • Melinda Potter

But It was only a few. Come on! She obviously is more versed and experienced than what we all are as to the ends and out of photography and business, and copyright laws. We are just little people who are into throwing unsubstantiated “insults” for shits and giggles. I’m pretty sure most of us that comment here on PS all started in the age of color, what do we know? really it was just an inconvenience. Those darn interns. You just can’t find good help these days. They are all such a risk. Or so I hear anyway.

“They all kindly understood”. No they didn’t, they just chose not to bill or sue you. Believe me when I say they are thinking the same things we are. It’s not like you made friends and are going to get together for tea and crumpets tomorrow. I highly doubt it was a pleasure for them to speak to you. They are most likely rolling their eyes just as everyone else is. Although I do thank you for not getting nasty with them like so many other photostealers listed here do.

    • Peter

The irony that your “excuse” for copying text and using other people’s photos is in fact a “copied” excuse itself. Take a look around this site the blaming someone else card has been played many times before… it fools nobody.

    • Joel A

I some how doubt you contacted the OWNERS but thats just my opinion. Also your definition of FEW is severely understated. FEW from where I come from only means around 3, why don’t you scroll up and count how many where stolen, and it doesn’t matter if you stole 1 or 100, its still stealing.

Also, since you have been taking photos since BW, shouldn’t you have enough work over the years to have a portfolio of your own?

And honestly I have no idea what you meant to say in the last sentence, but whatever “putting a LIKE to kind people is”….it sounds nice.

    • Justin Case

Glad to hear you are taking full responsibility for your own website, advertising and business. But as you can see, the damage has already been done, and you now have a much harder time convincing people and repairing your reputation.

First, get rid of that ‘coming soon’ screen. Admit what happened in the same place it happened – prominently displayed on the first page of your website. Anyone who visited your site has been deceived – those are the people you should be admitting your error to. Then make TRIPLE-sure that EVERYTHING on your website is your own: all images, text and graphics need to be your own or clearly marked so that no one can confuse your work with that you may have purchased or licensed. This should be obvious to anyone working in a creative industry. (Oh, and hire a proofreader. Even your posts here have typos and grammar errors, and that is a sure sign someone is NOT professional).

And I would go farther. If you really respect copyright and have made your living in photography for decades, realize you have done more than just ‘borrow’ the reputation and work of other photographers. Pay them for their work.

Your deceptive marketing tactics seem to have also alienated fellow Florida photographers as well, judging by comments left on the Photo Stealers facebook account. These people are not just your competition, they are also your peers if you are true professionals. You need to reach out to them as well.

Until I, for one, see some evidence of true restitution, LR Photography of Miami Fla will remain a fraudulent business and your reputation deserves to be listed here for all to see.

    • Michael Goolsby

“I personally work in the photography industry since it was only BW, started in a photo-lab and merged with what came in the near future…digital era”

This is one of the more bizarre things I’ve ever heard a photo stealer claim. I wonder if you understand what kind of timeline you are talking about. My father graduated high school in 1950. During the Korean War, he served in the US Army for two years. Upon arriving home, he opened a small photo store in a rented room in the back of a gas station where he sold and processed BW film. I wasn’t even yet born when later, after Kodak’s monopoly on color film processing ended, he opened one of the first color film processing labs in the country.

Now, I’m pretty certain that I’m older than you. And yet the color technology was already mature when I was just a young kid in elementary school. And yet somehow, you have worked “in the photography industry since it was only BW”? I’m afraid that simple logic forces me to call bullshit on that one.

As for the rest — “Unfortunately, people with not enough knowledge was hired to refresh the online accounts and caused this inconvenient” — good sense tells me that this is just an excuse without any truth. We’ve heard it many times. I understand that getting caught stealing is embarrassing. But expecting other photographers to be stupid and accept silly claims should be equally embarrassing to you if you only had the good sense to understand how lame that type of excuse really is. For you would have us believe that you paid someone to update your content, and yet you would not give them content with which to update your site, forcing them to peruse the internet and use stolen content instead. Then, that you would let six weeks pass without even LOOKING at your updated site. If someone offered you that explanation, would YOU believe it?

That photo stealing occurred is undisputed. You are simply suggesting that the stealing was minimal and was actually done by someone you hired rather than you personally. At the very least, this would be grossly negligent, and any client who hired you based on the content would have done so under false pretenses, no matter who was personally to blame. I would hope, then, that you will at least use the same outlets (Facebook and your website) used to obtain clients to state the nature of the transgression, accept responsibility, make restitution to those photographers who were directly affected, and apologize to everyone. Otherwise, it may come across to many that LRPhotoGallery aka Rosa Labarile And Salvatore Domina is simply committing your every day photo stealing fraud and trying to get away with it by blaming others. I can assure you, I have never seen these problems go away handling them in that manner.

    • Let’s do some math.

“In 1935, American Kodak introduced the first modern “integral tripack” color film and called it Kodachrome, a name recycled from an earlier and completely different two-color process.”

So … you were shooting before 1935 let’s say 1930 for arguments sake.

      2014 – 1930 = 84 years.

You would have been around 15 at the time to be able to use a camera … so that make you 84 + 15 = 99 years old? Who are you? Jeanne Louise Calment?

  • Justin Case

Their website DOES actually have a ‘Design and Code by’ link to:

    Domain: cswebdesign.it
    Status: ok
    Created: 2005-02-03 00:00:00
    Last Update: 2014-02-19 00:47:24
    Expire Date: 2015-02-03

    Registrant
    Name: Eugenio Canelli
    Organization: EUGENIO CANELLI
    ContactID: EC4214

Their website is still more or less functional behind the ‘coming soon’ page. Stripped of ALL images now, thankfully.

But what is still troubling is that under ‘Services’ they advertise

    Social Network
    – Managment Social Webpages
    – Promotional Graphic Design

    • So let me see if I understand correctly. One of the services they offer is the management of social media pages but they are too busy to manage their own page?

“You all are right, unfortunately when you have very little time and delegate or give chance to somebody else you have to take full responsibility and take the risk.”

      AND

      • Justin Case

sends up some pretty big red flags, I think.

  • Ok, I’m done with this one. Where’s the next post Corey Ann? Dammit, you act as if you have a real job and a life!!!? Get your shit together and make another post! NOW 🙂

    • Justin Case

sadly, you know there will be more soon enough. Or you can just go through the old links and note who has re-branded and is up to their old tricks…

      • Oooh, good idea. Any particularly active ones you know of?

        • Joel A

Look under Community at the top right of the page, and then the Popular tab.

        • Actually, why not go after Chris a bit more … WHERE’S TARAS LENS DUDE!!! 🙂
Then again, no point necroing that thread … I think we did everything we could there.

          • Photo Stealers

            She finally got it yesterday.

      • Joseph Philbert

Yea a few weeks ago … I started looking through the 2012 list of outed photographers. Most of them have either re-branded, cleaned up their act, or are no longer doing photography as a side business.

If the links are live I do a quick check to see if they are up to their old tricks.

    • Photo Stealers
    • Joseph Philbert

Dude your hilarious … on to the next one. Providing I can get some time in-between my real job 😛

  • Bradley L Carrott

oh, how strange, I seem to have been blocked from their page – I guess the truth hurts 🙂
(or has the whole page gon, perhaps?)

    • Justin Case

I think it’s down. I didn’t post anything, but I haven’t been able to see their facebook page all day.

      • Joseph Philbert

Strange … his page is still there,.
Edit: my bad ,…it is gone.

    • Joseph Philbert

      I got blocked also.

  • Eugenio C.

Hi guys.. i designed the site but.. i didn’t know the copyrights about the photos.. they gave them to me.. i apologize for that (and for my english too).

so i turned off the site until the will give me new original photos..
    sorry.

    • Joseph Philbert

A webdesigner that does not understand copyright and plagiarism … rightttttt… we believe you. smh

      • Photo Stealers

I think what he’s saying is that he just designed the page with images/text they gave him (he’s italian, IP checks out). From the posts below, my guess is someone messaged Eugene about it since LR is blaming him for the error.

        • Joel A

Yup, I can’t blame him really. But LR sure as hell is trying to blame him, According to Eugenio, LR are the ones that gave him those pics, which implements them even more.

        • Joseph Philbert

O ok … Nowadays it’s hard to give people the benifit of the doubt .. I tend to lean on the side of guilty..

    • Photo Stealers

Doesn’t explain how the ad got on their Facebook that they shared and created an event for.

      • Joel A

LR could have been the ones to create the ad. Eugenio, do you know anything about the ads?

        • Photo Stealers

I’m sure they are the source of it all. They gave Eugenio the images and text to use for the site. He didn’t have anything to do with their Facebook where the ad was so they are the source for sure.

          • Eugenio C.

i don’t manage their socials.. just the structure of the website.

But i know they make graphics work too.

    • Joseph Philbert

Sorry man I misread what you posted just so many others lie … So I tend to lash out 🙁

    • captain-confuzzled

Thank you Eugenio for explaining to us.

  • Eugenio C.

    and new text..

  • Shame on them!
