I’ve got a new look, a new logo and now need a header… but it’s looking a bit better here I think!  Let me know what you think!  Don’t forget to be a Fan on Facebook to keep up with what’s going on here at Photo Stealers.

Lidia is another photographer that uses others work.  When confronted, she swore the work is hers and she has copies of it on her memory cards. Mmmm hmmm….

If you’ve noticed, all of the images of the senior on Lidia Leann’s page are actually from Kacy Kizer.

Well, I guess there is some truth here since she edited this image to have a double exposure.

I love this so, so much.  Because you totally can’t put images ON a memory card right?  The ONLY way is to take the pictures!  Oh and watermarking can ONLY be done once… ever.  It also totally can’t be taken off or put on with photoshop magic 😉

image

This one may have made me laugh the most… yes.  She totally took all of these, including the one from TWILIGHT!  She’s THAT popular that she was on set while the moving was being filmed!  It’s totally on her memory card!

All of these images are stolen from various sources (l to r, top to bottom)

1.  Twilight/ Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson.
2.  One of the many, many places online this image is.
3.  Another photo with a zillion sources.
4.  Again, many sources.
5.  One of many.
6.  Again, too many to count.
7.  You got it, there’s tons of this out there.
8.  This is from a book cover.
9.  One of many zillion.

In the past I haven’t been listing the images that I can’t find sources for but I’m sick of these thieves claiming they took all the stolen work down, when they only took the ones I outed down and keep the rest of the Pinterest/Tumblr’d sourced images up since I didn’t post those.

UPDATE:

The websites are down and the Facebook page has been cleared of all stolen works outed here.

OK, so an update, a year later: Her facebook page is now Love Lace Photography by:Lidia. After scrolling just a little bit, I ran across photos that are not hers. She says, big and loud, on each grouping, something like: “Here are some boudoir ideas. I did NOT take any of these. Just ideas” — so she is under the impression that as long as she says she doesn’t own the photos, it’s totally OK to show work from other photographers as “ideas” or “inspiration” on her own business page without permission or compensation to the original photographers. Genius. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Love-Lace-Photography-byLidia/309940949054329?ref=br_tf

    • That’s kind of borderline … if she TALKS about the images and why she likes them … does a critique or tries to explain how she thinks the photographer got the shot … then it could fall under “editorial” but if she’s just mass dumping images unto the page and saying “I like these” then no … it’s not editorial.

    • I enjoy her class and professionalism lol

      • WOW!!! Just … wow!

        • Justin Case

yeah, (breathless, unable to find words…)

      • I’ve emailed some of the photographers affected … some of them have rather some serious credentials …

      • Michael Goolsby

Holy frickin’ crap! First she threatens her own “clients”, and then she responds with an 11 on the tension meter.

I noticed that she was promising the CDs way back in January, saying it would be tomorrow, next week, etc., and continually putting them off. Again, we find issues with photo stealers that aren’t only about stealing photos.

      • Joseph Philbert

        Insane …

      • Photo Stealers

It’s very rare that PS’ers surprise me but that just did. WTF

      • Just a Girl

off the charts on the cray meter… that girl needs some serious meds!

    • Joseph Philbert

      She cleaned it up…

  • Michael Goolsby

An older photo stealer, but a good indication of what happens when the fakers get caught and have to try to go legit without any real talent experience to back them up. She seems desperate for shoots of any kind, and seems to have a bit of trouble getting pictures to her so called clients. At one point, she says that if people keep asking her for CDs, she will throw them away!

  • Melinda Potter

Oh my! This girl is harsh! The language, and behavior is unreal. Just had a quick scroll through her page and I feel like I just got a beat down. I seriously feel sorry for her clients. Lots of stolen photos too. Not just the ones she says aren’t hers. Looks like PS may need to update.

    • captain-confuzzled

Oh my indeed! And her photos are just so bad, and I always give the benefit of the doubt, but geez some of those babies look dead, laying all stretched out! I hope no one is paying her good money for those.

      • MPR1776

And she doesn’t seem to understand getting the eyes in focus either, pretty sad.

    • Rick New

There is no way this person can be getting clients, no way.

      • Melinda Potter

        no repeat clients anyway

    • Joseph Philbert

She still stealing images ??? SMH

  • captain-confuzzled

I see that she has offered to babysit or clean houses, maybe she could combine it all with photography and get someone to pay her “cheap” prices (phone number and name match older FB fotos with her contact info). Hey she’s hustling hard to make some money! Some points for that!

    • Joseph Philbert

      ha!

  • Ginn

This girl is horrid!! Most recently (as far as I know) she’s been stealing photos of a little girl who is very ill and using them on her gofundme page to try to get money! The parents and grandparents are NOT happy! Fortunately she has only raised around $40 but the family of the little girl wants to see legal action. (And also, I think, kick her ass).
