  • This is very local to me. Shameful.

  • Bob23325

Making up stories to go with pilfered photos… say it ain’t so! There is a lot of that in Florida…

    • MPR1776

As many times as that happens, still seems warped for people to do that.

    • KirkCheated

There is a lot of it everywhere. Stealing photos is not endemic to Florida.

  • Jayme Peters

Aww she blocked me lol I just started commenting with links of proof for every single image she posted haha! Dumb…claims she has proof that they’re her clients…right because that’s never been said before by a thief.

    • Well she is the first to claim that she has proof that the clinets are real …. NOT

  • Jayme Peters

And deleted all my comments lol

  • Photo Stealers

I realize there are about a bazillion more images on that Facebook page that isn’t Behind the Vows original work but I tried to stick to the ones where she/he is advertising for the photography side of their business.

  • I love this part on their inquires page:

“Codie has over 8 years of experience of professional photography, including pixel rescale for enlargements and image scaling”

I’m glad you have 8 years experience resizing photos. lol

  • You can’t fix stupid

OMG she has tons! Bet her delete key is going to stop working soon with all the deleting she is doing.

  • You can’t fix stupid

SHe still isn’t taking down some of the photos. She has photos that she says aren’t hers but refuses to take them down.

  • She keeps claiming that the images on her website are hers (they definitely aren’t). Copyright infringement on Wix sites can be reported here: http://www.wix.com/upgrade/abuse

    • Photo Stealers

I’m pretty sure the images she’s using on WIX are part of the prebuilt portfolio they provide with the website.

      • xma1e

then maybe put the complaint into wix that they are facilitating false advertising. They could at least plaster “sample” over their template images.

        • Sherry

I use Wix and yes the template is full of stock images People are suppose to take them out. I agree they should apply some type of watermark over them so the dishonest people don’t use them.

  • Steve Gibson

once the stolen is deleted its the same story, terrible photographs left. how do they get away with it. their clients expect these great images and get shit.

    • Marc W.

Easily, they don’t get repeat business from outsiders.

  • Kimo

Right now, she’s at the “Let’s pretend this never happened” stage.
No mention, just bad shots of some poor unsuspecting souls. I wonder how long the ignore/denial phase will last with this one. Especially given her other “business” activities.

  • But, guys! She “absolutely love[s] to play with color splash on photos”! This HAS to be legit.

    • You can’t fix stupid

Nope it is the spelling that makes her a pro

    • Marc W.

As much as I agree, please do not comment about their photography. This site is about their stealing, not their photography “skills”.

    • Matt Fletcher

There are some quite incredible blurred point-and-shoot photos left too. Why even get into that profession if you’re going to steal photos? It’s crazy.

  • Michael Goolsby

I hate the most when they make up fake names and stories for the people in the photos they stole.

On the other hand, when they do that, it makes it a bit hard to use a lot of the old bingo card excuses (“My assistant did it”, “They’re just for inspiration”, “I never said they were mine”, “They were just placeholders that never got replaced”, etc.).

  • She just posted this on the FB page and credited her brother-in-law, but I kinda have a feeling that’s not true either…I feel like she doesn’t understand how easy it is to do an image search.

    • Helena

Photo by Tom Bricker, who subsequently commented on the image. She deleted his comment. She then deleted my comment, about her deletion of his comment, and blocked me.

      She’s innocent y’all! *head desk*

  • brooklynandme

She has a couple photos from her OWN wedding on her page! She didn’t pretend to be the one to take them, but she also did not specify that they aren’t her work. I’ve seen some pretty low lows, but this one is way into the depths. 😉

  • Michael Goolsby

Why is the stolen stuff still up on her website?

  • Christopher C.

    Counting down to deletion…

    • Christopher C.

      Only a matter of time.

      • Christopher C.

Deleted and blocked. Didn’t take long.
