Update 4/20/2025 – Apparently Stephanie didn’t learn shit. So I added more below because Stephanie’s been BUSY since we last saw her.
Correct me if I’m wrong but there’s no ~inspo~ here and I’m pretty sure you’re advertising your business with that image Stephanie.
Update 4/21/2025 – Oh hell, she’s advertising in my local groups too with stolen photos. If you’re in Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Florida or heck, any wedding group she may be in yours too. Bet you can’t guess which images are stolen… /sarcasm
Update 6/10/2025 – Added her new name which is Framed by SJC. There’s a new post on Facebook from a client who booked her and was rescheduled multiple times and Stephanie refuses to refund the client.
Update 9/10/2025 – Another client had hired Framed by SJC / SJC Photography for a session in Florida and she canceled since she wasn’t EVEN IN THE STATE and refused to refund.
There’s now so many of these last minute cancelations that I’m adding screencaptures to the top of the post with everyone’s stories I’ve found so far.
Update 12/4/2025 – I was checking to see if Stephanie was using her own images for Christmas minis this season and was keeping up with her workload to find her page was gone. When I went to investigate I found that she was recently blasted by a bride on Facebook and that’s likely why her page is down. Another name bites the dust.

Since there is starting to be a lot of clients who have had issues with SJC Photography / Framed by SJC I’m going to put additional issues that aren’t included in the updates above the original sourced stolen images.
11/2023 – This client hired SJC Photography in November of 2023 for a session in Florida. SJC canceled due to rain and refuse to refund. The client got a refund after posting online and contacting Stephanie’s husband.
3/23/2025 – Stephanie advertises a model call and a client pays $75 for a Daddy and Me Tutu Session. The day before Stephanie messages and claims she has mixed up Spring Break dates and asks to reschedule. They eventually agree on 5/17/2025. The day of the client reaches out to confirm the session and Stephanie asks to reschedule again due to a sick family member. The client asks for a refund at this point and Stephanie agreed and said she could refund on the 30th. The client was not refunded.
3/30/2025 – Stephanie is hired to photograph a baby shower and cancels due to bad weather 2 hours before. Stephanie refused to refund any of the $300 paid.
4/13/2025 – A client booked a lamb mini session with SJC Photography for $150. SJC Photography doesn’t show up and refused to refund blocking the client instead.
4/27/2025 – SJC Photography hosts a mini session date at the Kat Von D Mansion’s black tulip field. A client is disappointed to only get 4 images from their session.
5/31/2025 – SJC Photography is paid $150 for a Lavender Field mini session. Stephanie cancels a session the day before saying it’s going to be too wet. She does not refund the session and blocks the client before the rescheduled date.
6/8/2025 – Framed by SJC is hired for $800 to photograph a family reunion in Destin, Florida and backs out at the last minute due to a death in the family and a family emergency. She tells the client she will have to repay in installments as she doesn’t have the money. FWIW her husband’s grandmother did die in May but not June.
6/12/2025 – Framed by SJC is hired to photograph a family reunion in Florida and cancels the day before due to a death in the family. She was hired due to recommendations on Facebook Groups. It does not appear to be the same group as above but I could be wrong (different names/families).
6/17/2025 – A client booked SJC Photography for a beach session for $600 in Florida. Stephanie ends up canceling the session claiming it was a date snafu and she didn’t realize it was for June and she won’t be in Florida until July.
9/13/2025 – A client hires Stephanie for their wedding for $1700. The package includes 8 hours of coverage, 400 edited images and the SD card delivered with all images.
Stephanie showed up to the wedding inappropriately dressed in what the client called pajamas. I don’t know why she thought this was appropriate attire for a wedding, I’m honestly gobsmacked at this choice.
Per the client Stephanie was scattered all day despite claiming she had everything sorted regarding the timeline. When it was time for the cake cutting Stephanie couldn’t be found. She eventually was found smoking outside and allegedly came in 5 minutes later to take the photos.
At the wedding Stephanie promised the clients would be able to choose the 400 images they wanted edited without 1 to 2 weeks. After 2 weeks the clients messaged her to follow up and they were ignored until a month after the wedding when this blog post was found about Stephanie.
Stephanie had a lot of excuses as to why they didn’t have their images yet, she was sick, the SD card was returned to sender etc.
Finally the client was over all the excuses and made a public Facebook post Stephanie has began to send photos. The images are being sent via social media so are slow to come through and the quality isn’t ideal.
Stephanie handed it well.
Just kidding.
Stephanie called her client an entitled stupid bitch for wanting images from their wedding which they paid Stephanie to capture.
Then Stephanie went on her Facebook Page to mock the client because of COURSE she did.
Stephanie was also arguing in the comments with the client and their friends but all those comments have been deleted.
Now I understand why her newest business page is gone.

I started going around various Facebook Groups and found more. I’m doing these to show that this isn’t “just a few” images that were used for “inspo” and were straight up advertising her business. Some are from above, some are new. All are not SJC Photography’s images to use.
